| Crockpot BBQ Chicken |
1 bottle BBQ sauce
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. red pepper
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2-1 tsp. garlic powder
Mix BBQ sauce with all ingredients listed under it. Place chicken in crockpot. Pour sauce over it and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours. You pretty much don't even have to stir it.

| Balsamic Parmesan Cauliflower |
1 head of cauliflower
2 TBS. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
ground pepper to taste
2 TBS. balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 450. Toss cauliflower, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Spread on a large rimmed baking sheet and roast until it starts to soften and brown on the bottom, (15-20 minutes). Toss the cauliflower with vinegar and sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven and roast until the cheese is melted and any moisture has evaporated, (5-10 minutes more).
| 7-up Biscuits |
2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. 7-up
1/4 c. melted butter
Preheat oven to 450. Cut sour cream into your Bisquick mix. then add 7-up (it will make a soft dough). Now sprinkle your counter with a little Bisquick mix then add dough and pat it out. Melt butter and pour it into a 9" square baking pan. Cut your biscuits up and arrange them in pan on top of melted butter. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
I also cooked a can of green beans to go with this meal because it was all starting to look very "white." My mother has always taught me that dinner should be very colorful!! I will also add that I followed the main directions for the recipe but I substituted things here and there and also I usually NEVER measure anything out. So all I can say is... HAVE FUN EXPERIMENTING!!
On another note... I LOVE it when people take pictures of what they cook and post it on their blogs. However, that didn't happen for two reasons. 1.) I am always a little frantic when cooking so I don't think about taking pictures until after I have eaten it. 2.) My pictures never look quite as good as other people. So, I'm thinking I need to find a guy who has a passion of photography! :) Just saying it would be nice! LOL
